Books: I'm not nearly as well-read as I should be, but if it makes very little sense, is light on the eyes and brain, and teaches me as little as possible I'll probably devour it. Murakami, Kerouac, and Palahniuk make me salivate..and while I can't pretend to understand Only Revolutions at all, I'll name Mark Danielewski as one of my all-time favorite authors based on House of Leaves alone. I mean, jesus...I also love to be creepy and read published diaries. Movies: I'm crazy about Wong Kar-Wai, David Lynch, and Wes Anderson. I'm usually drawn to unusual movies that more or less challenge me if nothing else, but I have been known to be less picky and enjoy more so-bad-they're-good movies than I should be comfortable admitting to. I'll give any movie a try but feel justified in withholding bias against Michael Bay and Uwe Boll. But I'll still watch 'em. :/More specifically, here's a list of movies I love:2046, Akira, The Big Lebowski, CJ7, The Cook the Thief His Wife and Her Lover, The Darjeeling Limited, Eraserhead, The Fountain, Henry Fool, The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou, Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive, My Blueberry Nights, The Nines, No Country for Old Men, Paprika, Punch-Drunk Love, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Rules of Attraction, Rushmore, Spirited Away, Sunshine, Tekkon Kinkreet, There Will Be BloodAs for TV, Adult Swim (Home Movies in particular) and Style's Clean House with Niecy Nash are fun. I still have hope that Twin Peaks, Freakylinks, and Arrested Development will find their way to new episodes someday. And if it's got the name Tenchi in it, I'll throw what little money I have at it because I can't get enough of it. Same applies to unnecessary iTunes subscriptions to E!'s The Soup.

Music: Anything synthesized keeps my music A.D.D. happy. I'm not particular about music, but I do gravitate towards techno, solo female acoustic artists, and gritty, catchy indie rock.So somehow that all clashes together in this list of my favorites:Adele, The Clash, Coheed and Cambria, Digitalism, The Killers, Metronomy, Modest Mouse, Ryan Adams, Scrabbel, TV On the Radio, Victor Bermon
