Books: More like magazines: i-D, Black Book, Vogue, V, Visionare, Purple, Preen, POP, Another magazine. Anything Interior Design oriented magazines such as Elle Decor, Metropolitan and Domino. I also adore any British, Scandanavian, or French architectural magazines. I love literary editorials, especially, the Paris Review, feminist and political magazines, like Bitch and AdBusters, and I just love the little quirky cat magazines like Cat Fancy and the like. I just love my pussy cats. As far as art magazines. I will take them all. But alas, I cannot afford them! Since I do not identify as being a lesbian or straight, I steer clear from related magazines. Music: OH PLEASE... WHAT A TRITE QUESTION, INDEED!I will say that as of right now I am listening to a lot Of Montreal, The Knife, ADULT., Electrelane, Liszt and way too much Beethoven. My roommate is a classically trained pianist, so I hear what were once gorgeous pieces turn into a monotonous and grotesque compulsion. But you got to love someone who practices 4-6 hours a day on anything. But my favorites of all time is David Bowie, Marc Almond and Morrissey.

Hobbies: Collage, Painting, the Internet, Music, Academia , Self-Portraits, and Self-Imposed Restrictions upon the human condition. The why's and the how's people are who they are most interesting to me. And, the concern that dysfunctional patterns repeat even when identified as being destructive. On a happy note, I love sleeping outside under the stars and I enjoy the ideas of romanticism and fatalism, and nihilism all equally. But most of all, I love my mother and father and my cat, Emily. Yet, to be honest loving them (not the cat) like I do now took almost 16 years. But once again, we are not solely to blame for our behavior. I truly believe in the inherent concept of building new neuropathways through positive thinking. This is something that I try to practice but have found very difficult due to the aforementioned. I also enjoy mentoring youth and look forward to having a family of my own one day.I am most proud of my going on five years of sobriety and the past loves of my lives. Soon. I will meet the ONE and am pretty sure I have. But until she is in my arms, self-imposed restrictions must stand solid. I trust but fear love and emotions at the exact same time and this may have to due with my being a Metal-Dog/Gemini; dualities and loyalty galore. In one word, I am a paradox.
